This brand new, luxury 1-bedroom is right in the heart of Playa del Carmen!
First class amenities like 4 rooftop pools, gym, game room, kids play room and massage service will make sure you will have all the ingredients for an amazing stay.
The white sandy beaches are just down the street (5 minute walk). 38th street to be more exact, one of my favourite streets to walk down to the beach due to many overhanging trees and cute restaurants & bars. Come and experience for yourself 🙂

The condo is naturally well-lit, has an open view and a nice breeze due to the fact that it is located on the 4th floor. You get a good vibe from the moment you walk in.

The bedroom has 1 King size bed and a built in closet. A comfortable mattress and black out shades add to a good night sleep!

Furthermore the condo has a 2-1 washer/dryer for your convenience, as well as a water purifier underneath the kitchen sink and the owner replaced the standard water heater for a larger one so you do not have to worry about running out of hot water.

As our guest you will have access to the entire condo and all of the common areas and amenities this building has to offer:

• massage service
• game room
• underground parking
• 24/7 security

We will be available for any questions or requests that you might have.
This can range from dinner recommendations to favourite beach club or from the best cenote to the greatest taco place.
We know you are on a vacation and therefor we want respect your privacy and will not impose ourselves. But please do not hesitate to contact us, either by email or phone, it will be our pleasure to assist you. Also our office is just a few blocks away and of course we can always come and visit you at the condo if you would prefer

As our guests you will receive discounted rates at Martina beach club while renting chair & umbrellas.

For your convenience we include a 20 ltr water bottle during your stay.
Also for stays of 4 nights and more we include a mid stay cleaning.

We will do our best to accommodate early check ins or late check outs but in general check-in is after 3pm and checkout is until 11am. It depends on availability but please don’t hesitate to ask us.

In order to keep our prices low and be environmentally aware we include an electrical consumption of 20 kwh/day, which should cover your needs.

!! IMPORTANT:
We also offer promotional rates for stays of 28 nights or longer. These rates do NOT include electric and the guest is responsible to pay for their consumption at check out. We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check in and check out. In case for any reason you use extra kwh’s, these can be paid in cash at check out.
The apartment has a great airflow and consumptions have been low.
