In the tropical, well-maintained courtyard there is an ample pool with different depth levels, great for all ages.

One of the best features of this penthouse is its amazing location, so close to the beach and still in the middle of the centre.
Mamitas beach is just 2 blocks away and 5th avenue, where you will find many restaurants, shops and more, is just 1 block away.
Also Evolve Gym is just 1 block away, a great full size, air-conditioned gym.

Most places of interest in Playa del Carmen itself are within walking distance. Another option is a taxi, which you will find very quickly on the streetin front of the building.
In case you want to explore a bit further and feel like renting a car, the building has several parking spaces available for guests of the building (depending on availability).
The bus station is about a 15min walk.
