Tastefully designed 1-bdr condo in a very desired part of town, 1 block from the famous 5th avenue & 1,5 block from Mamitas beach clubs.
The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Recently renovated, luxury, stainless steel appliances, Smart TV & wireless internet.
Quiet and safe building, excellent kept common areas with a pool that has different depth levels. Great for kids & adults.
It really is a great, modern looking condo in an amazing location!

This condo had a complete make-over last year.
New kitchen appliances, counter top, floors, bathroom and more.

Guests will have access to the entire condo & to the common areas.
They can also use the private parking spaces that are available for guests (depending availability).

We will be available for any questions or request you might have.
We will gladly share our recommendations and experiences of this town after living here for so many years. But we will respect your privacy and will not impose ourselves.
You can contact us by email or phone. Also our office is just a few blocks away and of course we can always come and visit you at the condo if you would prefer this.

We will do our best to accommodate early check ins or late check outs but in general check-in is after 3pm and checkout is until 12pm. It depends on availability but please don’t hesitate to ask us.

The location is not to be beat!
Super close to the beach and to 5th avenue, yet the building is quiet and safe.

A car is not needed but there is parking (depending on availability) if you do decide to rent a car and explore one of the great places that the Riviera Maya has to offer.
Also it is easy to catch a taxi right in front of the building.

We include a 20 ltr water bottle during your stay and supply a welcome basket to have you covered for te first days.
Also for stays of 3 nights and more we include a mid stay cleaning.

As our guests you will receive discounted rates at Mamitas beach or Martina beach club while renting chair & umbrellas.

In order to keep our prices low and be environmentally aware we include an electrical consumption of 20 kwh/day, which should cover your needs.
