And even though it is in the heart of Playa del Carmen, it is very quiet.
This spacious 2-bdr penthouse very comfortably fits 4, is centrally located & 1 block from beach & famous 5th ave.
The highlight of this penthouse is its spacious private rooftop with loungers to enjoy the Caribbean sun!
In the tropical, well-maintained courtyard there is an ample pool with different depth levels, great for all ages.
The condo has 2 spacious bedrooms with each a King size bed & built-in closets.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, the other bathroom is just across the hallway.
There is a lot of natural light coming in, as well as a very nice breeze when opening the windows.
There is a balcony right of the living room, which also contains the stairs going up to the spacious, very private rooftop.
Here you will find loungers to enjoy the Caribbean sun in a secluded way.
There is also a gas Weber bbq for your convenience and a table with chairs for you to enjoy a nice meal with friend and family.

One of the best features of this condo is its amazing location, so close to the beach and still in the middle of the centre.
Most places of interest in Playa del Carmen itself are within walking distance. Another option is a taxi, which you will find very quickly on the street
In case you want to explore a bit further and feel like renting a car, the building has several parking spaces available for guests of the building. The bus station is about a 15min walk.
We include a 20 ltr water bottle during your stay.
Also for stays of 4 nights and more we include a mid stay cleaning.
As our guests you will receive discounted rates at Martina beach club while renting chair & umbrellas.
We will do our best to accommodate early check ins or late check outs but in general check-in is after 3pm and checkout is until 12pm. It depends on availability but please don’t hesitate to ask us.
In order to keep our prices low and be environmentally aware we include an electrical consumption of 15 kwh/day, which should cover your needs. We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check in and check out. In case for any reason you use extra kwh’s, these can be paid in cash at check out.
The apartment has a great airflow and consumptions have been low.
For stays of 27 days or longer the rates are not including electricity. This has to be paid separately at check out based on your consumption.
The condo is located in the centre, close to the beach. Even though it is a calm building, there might be nights on the weekend where you can hear music.
