Also, our office is just a few blocks away and of course, we can always come and visit you at the condo if you would prefer this.

As our guests, you will receive discounted rates at Martina beach club while renting chairs & umbrellas.

For your convenience, we include a 20 ltr water bottle during your stay.
Also for stays of 4 nights and more we include a mid-stay cleaning.

We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, please do not hesitate to ask us.

In order to keep our prices low and be environmentally aware we include an electrical consumption of 20 kwh/day, which should cover your needs.
We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check in and check out. In case for any reason you use extra kwh’s, these can be paid in cash at check out at the locate rate per kwh.
The apartment has great airflow and consumption has been low.
We do ask you to turn off AC’s and lights when you leave the condo.

We offer promotional rates for stays of 28 nights or longer. These rates do NOT include electricity and the guest is responsible to pay for their consumption at check out.
