In order to keep our prices low and be environmentally aware we include an electrical consumption of 20 kwh/day, which should cover your needs.
We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check in and check out. In case for any reason you use extra kwh’s, these can be paid in cash at check out at the locate rate per kwh.
The apartment has a great airflow and consumptions have been low.

We offer promotional rates for stays of 28 nights or longer. These rates do NOT include electric and the guest is responsible to pay for their consumption at check out.
