Marea 34 is a fairly new building and a favourite for many guests!! An ample one bedroom condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen.  A very comfortable King size bed, an extra sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with rain shower. Further more the building has an funky  rooftop with a spacious pool and plentiful of loungers & umbrellas, reception area, underground parking and a cool gym on the rooftop.

The condo is located in an excellent location, in the middle of the centre but in a quiet area. Just minutes walk from all the major hot spots (beach, 5th avenue etc) that this vibrant town has to offer. Also you have a great view of the stadium from your balcony, front row seat too many sportive events 🙂

We will be available for any questions or requests you might have.  Our concierges will gladly share their recommendations and experiences of this town after living here for many years. 

You can contact us by email or phone. Also our office is just a few blocks away and of course we can always come and visit you at the condo if you would prefer this. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs but in general check-in is after 3pm and checkout is until 11am.  It depends on availability but please don’t hesitate to ask us.

Taxi’s are easy to find on the street right in front of the building. To get around town cost around 2/3 usd per fare.

You will have access to the underground parking garage in case you have a car.

As our guests you will receive discounted rates at Martina beach club while renting chair & umbrellas.

ELECTRIC

In order to keep our prices low and be environmentally aware we include an electrical consumption of 20 kwh/day. We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check in and check out. In case for any reason you use extra kwh’s, these can be paid in cash at check out. For  stays of 28 nights or more we offer special rates, please ask us for more information. Stays of 28 nights or more do not include electricity. This has to be paid separately at check out based on your consumption.
