Luxurious condo right on the doorstep of 5th Ave, in the trendy Zazil-ha area of Playa. The beach is within walking distance. The condo is only a few foot steps from internationally famous cafes, restaurants & boutiques. The condo has 24 hour security, secured access and parking. Amazing views of the city & ocean from rooftop & pool, You have found paradise, so kick back, enjoy the gorgeous sunsets, read a nice book, have a cold beverage & enjoy our beautiful condo in Playa!

The condo is located on the first level, only a few steps from lobby and security.

Guests have entire condo, access to underground parking, rooftop infinity edge pool, with lounges, BBQ and showers.

Our property manager will be available for any questions or requests that you might have.
This can range from dinner recommendations to favorite beach club or from the best cenote to the greatest taco place.
We know you are on a vacation and therefor we want respect your privacy and they will not impose themselves. But please do not hesitate to contact them, either by email or phone, it will be a pleasure to assist you. Also the office of our property manager is just a few blocks away and of course she can always come and visit you at the condo if you would prefer this.

The condo is located on a street only foot steps from 5th Ave in the trendy section of little Italy (Zazil-Ha) Playa del Carmen. The beach is within walking distance. Blocks away from the noisy clubs and bars. There are excellent restaurants and cafes in close proximity.

Beach, shopping, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distant. Dedicated parking spots are located in the underground covered parking below the condo. Parking facility is secured with gate control access

As our guest you will receive discounted rates at Martinas Beach club, which is located just down the street 🙂

Stays of 7 nights or more will require a weekly maid service at a fee of $20 usd per week. Additional maid service is available at anytime for a fee of $20 usd per request.

For stays of 1-7 days we include an electric use of 10 kwh per day, anything extra will be charged at 5.5 pesos per Kwh. This has to be paid in cash at check out. For stays of 8 nights or more we do not any credit for electric.

IMPORTANT: The condo is for sale at the moment. This will not affect your reservation but the agent must show the condo in case they have an interested client. We will give you 24 hr notice and one of our concierge will also be present at the viewing. The viewing will take less than 5 minutes on average.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that there is construction going on close by and that this can be heard in the condo at times.
