This new 1-bedroom condo is a great option for people that want to explore the area due to its central location, half a clock from famous 5th avenue and 3,5 blocks from the white sandy beaches of Playa del Carmen!
Or stay in and take a refreshing dip in the rooftop pool 🙂

The condo has an open, fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator.
The island can give you more space during the cooking and can also be used as a dining space as it has several bar stools for your convenience.
From the kitchen you walk into the living area where there is a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed. This area opens up to your private balcony.

The bedroom has a King size bed, built-in closet and also has direct access to your balcony.

As our guest you have access to the shared rooftop area where you will find a very spacious pool, great for swimming laps or taking a refreshing dip while soaking in the Caribbean sun.
There are several loungers, a bbq and seating area available.

Guests have access to the whole condo and all of the common areas of the building, including the underground parking area.

You can always contact us with any questions you might have. These can be about the condo or about the many attractions Playa del Carmen has to offer.
We are available by email, phone or we will gladly stop by to talk face to face. Our office is just 5 minutes away!

It is a great, vibrant area. 5th avenue is just half a block away where you will many delicious restaurants and nice shops. Small convenience stores are within a 5 minute walk.
The beach is just 5 minutes away.

Most places of interest in Playa del Carmen itself are within walking distance. Another option is a taxi, which you will find very quickly on the street
In case you want to explore a bit further, feel free to rent a car as the building offers free parking in the underground secure parking.

We will do our best to accommodate early check ins or late check outs but in general check-in is after 3pm and checkout is until 11am. It depends on availability but please don’t hesitate to ask us.

As our guests you may ask for discounted rates and several vouchers for free chairs at Martina beach club while renting chair & umbrellas.

For stays of 4 nights and more we include a mid stay cleaning.

In order to keep our prices low and be environmentally aware we include an electrical consumption of 20 kwh/day, which should cover your needs. We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check in and check out. In case for any reason you use extra kwh’s, these can be paid in cash at check out.

The apartment has a great airflow and consumptions have been low.
