This brand new building is in an absolutely, amazing location, just steps from Mamitas beach and famous 5th avenue. This luxury, well decorated condo can sleep up to 6 people, has great wifi internet (20Mg), Smart TV’s and a fully equipped kitchen. The front bedroom has 1 King and has direct access to the balcony, furthermore it has an en-suite bathroom. The other sleeping area has 2 single beds, which can be pushed together to make 1 King bed if preferred. The remaining two individual sleeping spaces are on the sofa. There are 2 full bathrooms and 4 bar stools at the kitchen/bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people. The pool area is an amazing place to relax for all ages due to the different depth levels, many loungers & other seating arrangements.
