Also the athletic field is just across the street, here you will find a basket ball & tennis courts, running track & more.

The condo is naturally well-lit, has an open lay out and is air-conditioned.

We know you are on a vacation and therefor we want respect your privacy and will not impose ourselves. But please do not hesitate to contact us, either by email or phone, it will be our pleasure to assist you. Also our office is just a few blocks away and of course we can always come and visit you at the condo if you would prefer this.

As our guests you will receive discounted rates on beach beds & umbrellas at Martina Beach club.

For stays of 4 nights and more we include a mid stay cleaning.

We will do our best to accommodate early check ins or late check outs but in general check-in is after 3pm and checkout is until 11am. It depends on availability but please don’t hesitate to ask us.

In order to keep our prices low and be environmentally aware we include an electrical consumption of 20 kwh/day for stays of 27 nights or less, which should cover your needs. We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check in and check out. In case for any reason you use extra kwh’s, this can be paid in cash at check out.

We offer promotional, monthly rates for stays of 28 nights or longer. These rates do NOT include electric and the guest is responsible to pay for their consumption at check out in cash. The apartment has a great airflow and consumptions have been low.
