With 646 sq. ft. in the most elegant area of 5th Av. and walking distance from the beach, our condo is perfect for singles, families, or friends.  It can accommodate up to 4 people in its private bedroom with king size bed and flat screen and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room with another flat screen. Each area has a complete bathroom with amenities. Equipped kitchen, refrigerator, stove, dishes, cutlery, and appliances. Inside the closet, you will find a safe box and an iron.

For your convenience, we include a 20 ltr water bottle during your stay. 

Also for stays of 4 nights and more we include a mid-stay cleaning.

We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs but in general, check-in is after 3 pm and checkout is until 12 pm. It depends on availability but please don’t hesitate to ask us.

In order to keep our prices low and be environmentally aware we include an electrical consumption of 15 kWh/day, which should cover your needs. We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check-in and check-out. In case for any reason you use extra kwh’s, these can be paid in cash at check out.

We offer promotional monthly rates, in stays of 24 nights or more we do not include electricity. This has to be paid separately.

The apartment has great airflow and consumption has been low.
