La Romanina Cinco is a bright 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo in central Playa Del Carmen on the Mayan Riviera. It is ideally located, just 2,5 blocks (450 meters) from Mamita’s Beach and half a block from the famous 5th Avenue, known for it’s restaurants, shops and bars. It is found in the “Little Italy” area of Playa close to town favorites like Chez Celine, Cenacolo, AH Cacao and Cueva del Chango!

This third floor condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, full size dining area inside and walkout dining on balcony off of the kitchen, full living room with flat screen tv and WiFi, private rooftop garden terrace with lounging chairs, umbrella, table and chairs,.

La Romanina has 3 floors with only 10 units featuring modern Italian influences and a tropically landscaped courtyard with a tranquil byzantine pool. The building has a secure entrance with an intercom/remote-operated security gate and reserved parking in front of the building.

As our guests you will have access to the entire condo, the private rooftop and the common areas.
These include the pool area and the several parking spaces in front of the building (depending on availability).

We will be available for any questions or requests that you might have.
This can range from dinner recommendations to favorite beach club or from the best cenote to the greatest taco place.
We know you are on a vacation and therefor we want respect your privacy and will not impose ourselves. But please do not hesitate to contact us, either by email or phone, it will be our pleasure to assist you. Many of the hotspots that Playa del Carmen has to offer are within walking distance.
But there are also many taxi’s that will bring you where you would need to go around tow n for about 50 pesos (3 usd).

For your convenience we include a 20 ltr water bottle during your stay.
Also for stays of 4 nights and more we include a mid stay cleaning.

We will do our best to accommodate early check ins or late check outs but in general check-in is after 3pm and checkout is until 11am. It depends on availability but please don’t hesitate to ask us.
