We understand it is your vacation time so we try to not impose ourselves but feel free to contact us for any extra information needed, about the condo or the surroundings.
This building is located in a great part of town. 1 minute walk from 5th avenue and maybe a 5 minutes from Mamitas beach. Many of Playa’s hotspots are within walking distance.
Also there is a great French bakery just down the street.
Many hotspots are in walking distance of Solea. Also taxi’s pass by frequently in case you are going a bit further or feel free to rent a car and park it in the underground parking, free of charge.
For your convenience we include a 20 ltr water bottle during your stay.
Also for stays of 4 nights and more we include a mid stay cleaning.
We will do our best to accommodate early check ins or late check outs but in general check-in is after 3pm and checkout is until 12pm. It depends on availability but please don’t hesitate to ask us.
In order to keep our prices low and be environmentally aware we include an electrical consumption of 15 kwh/day, which should cover your needs. We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check in and check out. In case for any reason you use extra kwh’s, these can be paid in cash at check out.
We offer promotional rates for stays of 25 nights or longer. These rates do not include electric and the guest is responsible to pay for their consumption at check out. We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check in and check out and this can be paid in cash at check out.
